Todd B. Spiegel, AIA
President

Todd Spiegel, AIA has over 20 years of professional experience ranging from developing project programs and schematic building designs to permitting and construction administration. He has been responsible for delivering construction documents for a broad range of projects, from large-scale commercial and institutional projects to high-end residential and tenant improvements.

Prior to founding ConDocS, Inc., Todd feels fortunate to have obtained what he believes is a unique background in both architecture and construction. After earning a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Todd had the opportunity to work for some of the world’s most renowned architectural firms including Gehry Partners, Gensler, and SmithGroup.

As creator and former head of a design-build studio at Winters-Schram, a well-respected award-winning general contractor, Todd Spiegel has valuable “real world” construction experience in areas such as “best practice” detailing, cost management and multi-trade coordination. As an on-site construction manager, Todd performed scheduling, budgeting and construction oversight on diverse and complex projects.

In 2010, Todd partnered with Aaron Walker, AIA to co-found ConSerT, Inc., a licensed general contracting firm. ConSerT, Inc. provides design-build services and furthers the scope of services now offered to clients.
